Hey, I'm Chandra Garre, an
AI Product Designer

Designing clarity for complex enterprise systems.

Product Designer focused on AI workflows, compliance platforms, dashboards, and operational tools used by real teams under real pressure.

Over the last 3+ years, I’ve worked across enterprise SaaS, fintech, AI-assisted workflows, and multi-role platforms where usability directly impacts operational accuracy and decision-making.

Currently designing at Mitratech

Most enterprise tools do not fail because the technology is weak. They fail because the workflows become too complex for people to trust, understand, or operate confidently.

What I Design

1.

Complex Product Systems

Enterprise SaaS

B2B System

I design products where workflows, business logic, user behavior, and operational constraints intersect across multiple user types and platforms.

My Design Process

1.

Understand the System

I start by mapping the product, users, workflows, business goals, and the constraints around them. That includes stakeholder input, user interviews, existing data, and any signals that help define the real problem.

2.

Frame the Real Problem

I look for the underlying friction, not just the surface issue. That means separating symptoms from root causes, aligning on priorities, and defining what success should actually look like.

3.

Prototype the Flow

I turn the problem into clear user flows, wireframes, and prototypes. I also use AI where it helps with exploration, synthesis, and documentation, but the solution is always shaped by product context and real use cases.

4.

Validate and Hand Off

I test the direction with users and stakeholders, then package the work with clear dev notes, state definitions, and implementation details so engineering can build with confidence.

5.

Measure and Refine

After launch, I review usage data, Pendo analytics, quarterly feedback, and usability findings to understand what is working and what needs to improve next.
